J's White Elephant

Easter brunch was great. Food was very good. Waitresses were very kind and attentive. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because hostess kept taking mask off, even when walking by all the tables of seated guests and worst of all, to prep and serve food.

Great Easter buffet. Great food all year round.

Food was ok. Didnt like the salad. I prefer regular lettuce

This is pertaining specifically to the New Year’s eve gala. I noticed This banquet hall was well reviewed so I decided to participate in their New Year’s eve gala. We had tickets for the $80 royal event which would include appetizers, a meal and dessert. The appetizer hour was poorly done. 30 minutes into the appetizer hour the shrimp were gone and not replenished. To my surprise, the meal included chicken with some kind of gravy over it that did not taste / smell good at all. For dessert we had a small bowl of ice cream fluffed with whip cream , no coffee. There was an open bar for six hours, which I thought was great. Unfortunately, at times we had to wait as the bartender was not available. I thought it was unusual, we were told she was at the dance floor which I guess I could forgive as it was New Year’s Eve. No champagne to ring in the new year so we decided on cranberry juice and club soda. This facility gets two stars but it’s more for the entertainment which was great and the fact that there was an open bar. Always looking forward to doing something on New Year’s Eve, this will never be it againud83dude0f
