IGNORANT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER HAS A MANAGER ON SITE. ON A MONDAY YOU HAVE NO BANK MANAGER?? OVER 45 MIN ON CALL WAITING AND HAD TO CALL BANK 5 TIMES THEY LIKE TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE
They've definitely improved since taking over the local First Niagara. The lobby actually looks nice and they've cleaned up. Tellers are friendly. Nice service.
We have always received excellent service from your employees. However, the man who sweeps your parking lot at night needs to be taught ATM etiquette. We pulled up to make a cash deposit and he decided he needed to sweep right next to our car and stare in the window at us. Then he proceeded to walk around to the back of the car still staring at us. It's creepy and does not make me feel secure in making a deposit at the ATM.
This location losses deposits slips.
Garbage,they all suck but i don 't have a choice
