5-6 employees working...on their phones..talking with each other. No care in the world that there are potential customers walking around. I've seen this on more than one occasion. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Same brands and styles at other stores like against all odds so, I suggest taking shopping elsewhere where your business is appreciated.

Great selection of shoes, clothes and hats

JIMMY JAZZ IS THE WORST STORE EVERnNEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ESPECIALLY ONLINE. I brought two pair of sneakers for my 3 years old daughter and they couldn't fit so I brought another size up and return the second pair. When I shipped out the shoes i never got no email response back, so I called them. Spoke to customers service and told me that the warehouse sent my shoes back to me. No notice that my shoes was getting return back to me. I never got them back because I wasn't even home. The don't want to take responsibility for they warehouse mistake. Now I have no shoes and no money. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

Great and helpful staff they didn't have one of our selections in store but sent it directly to my house very convenient

Little expensive but good name brand clothes
