Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse

I had a relative that worked at this store. He was a minor and always worked his scheduled hours. He is a good kid, never causes trouble and very respectful. One day the management stop giving hours for no apparent reason and no explanation. If you treat your employees like this, then I refuse to patronize this store. I have not shopped in this store for over an year and recommend others not to do so.

Staff not very helpful here. Most places employees will walk you to the area you're trying to find. The employees here would rather spend 10 minutes trying to describe the area instead of walking 2 minutes to show you.

C.J. went above and beyond! He even helped me get a shoe sent from his store to a different store since I live in a different state. What an AMAZING experience. Thanks again C.J.!!
