Store number #7048 is phenomenally amazing!!(yes I'm yelling) Donald is the manager and the other I walked in the first time with my toddler...or must I share my busy toddler, the store was quite busy and continued to be busy during my shopping experience. Yet Donald gave me respect, acknowledged my needs, gave a tremendous amount of patience and I'm forever thankful. I suffer from social anxiety so my shopping experience is always challenging but Donald made a difference and I firmly believe he will continue to grow and provide merchants the same experience he gave me. He exhibited great knowledge and enthusiasm towards my experience with all the winter needs and questions I had.i hope that everyone in need of journeys products goes to this specific store.

We just got our babies shoes at Journey's Kidz in Crossgates Mall (Albany NY) and the experience was just amazing! We forgot our stroller so I called to see if they could give me the closest entrance and they were very helpful. When we got there, we had no idea what we wanted to buy. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He had a conversation with us about what we wanted and needed in a shoe for them and helped us find the perfect shoe. He was patient with us the entire time and kept my 1 yr old boys entertained. I would highly recommend Journey's Kidz to anyone. Best and easiest shopping experience I've had in a while.

I wear small shoes and it's hard for me to get cute ones. I went into that store and ended up with 2 pairs of shoes and if I had more money I would have bought more

nice selection of shoes for kids. the staff is always really nice too
