I made an online order for $170+ and was charged for 2 items(a hat and a pair of boots, the boots were on 'backorder' so I got the hat first). I recently received an email saying that they were unable to charge me for the boots, after I waited almost a month for a pair of $140+ boots. My bank statement says the bill was paid. I guess I paid over $170 for a hat because they're not refunding me, they claim I never paid but I already got the hat! I go through my bank statements methodically and I was charged $170+ in one day from Journeys. I wish I could give them negative stars. I'll never shop there again, they literally robbed me and all I got was a hat.

Staff was super friendly and personable. I came in just to look while a friend tried on shoes, and ended up buying a pair for myself due to the staff’s recommendations and help. if i ever need another pair of good shoes, i’ll definitely be back!

I always choose journeys over the vans store or foot lockers because they are SO much more friendly and welcoming!! I was helped by Julia who was very attentive, helpful, and super friendly. She wasn’t trying to just get us out like at other stores. Got everything I needed and prices are good!
