I witnessed a store manager treating an employee very poorly and humiliated the employee in front of everyone and the other employees were being very disrespectful and lazy. the energy that was created in the store was very toxic. Would not recommend shopping at such a store.

Great Store, friendly staff, always a great selection of clothes. They have the newer more modern stuff as well as some of the “old-school” styles.

Dude freaking store hour changes are a pain! I freaking hate what covid is doing. Came up here thinking they would be open til 8 but has changed again. Now it closes at 7 M-F. I’m sure that will change again soon. Call to be sure for hours.

Hollister has great merchandise but they had false advertising at this store. They had a 40% off coats and jackets sign on display and it did not say on select items. And the coat that they refused to give me the discount on was the only coat or jacket immediately by the sign. The only thing else right by the sign was shirts and pants. And then when I brought it up at the register realizing they didn’t give me the discount I was told by the cashier that it was my mistake and that I misunderstood their sign when in fact they were either accidentally unclear, at the least, or just straight up falsely advertising a sale that they then refused to honor.

The clearance is so affordable like only $10 for a shirt that was originally $40 I will be coming back but I do wish that the prices on the new clothing was more affordable.
