Went here for my daughter to get her 1st skate board, and the service was A+. Will definitely visit again for when my daughter needs something.

Went in to buy a new skateboard recently, although the shop tech there was friendly, while setting up the board they put both my trucks on in the same direction which I didn’t notice until I left, in addition to gripping both sides of the skateboard... something about protecting the graphic? Next time I’m just going to the local shop instead

You advertise a Danny Duncan meet and greet no where on the Website does it say you need a wristband. My husband drove my kids 45 minutes down there to attend only to be told they have given out all the wrist bands. I talked to Bailey at Crossgates store that said that they would have told us about the wrist bands if we had gone to store prior to today. Hello... with a 45 minute trip we don’t get to Crossgates that often. They should have advertised that on the website. HUGE FAIL!! If I could rank a Zero I would have.
