A Sneaker City

Terrible customer service and everything is over priced. Bought air force 1 from store they were overpriced and i ask to return he said no returns. So I asked to speak to the owner because I really feel this is unfair in pandemic times to take advantage of people when jobs and money is scarce. Every penny counts. The kid Evan told me he was the store manager and threatened to call the cops on me cause I was asking for my money back. If you ever see a place like this around you run run run as fast as you can. It's a blatant rip off. I will never shop here and I will pass the message along to all my friends and family. Just a complete rip off. And just to top it off I told the kid I would give a bad review and he said he comment back to justify this rip off. The worst experience I've ever had in all my days off shopping for my kids.

I ordered a mystery box and paid 250...... Received two t shirts valued at about 70 bucks a piece .. I get I ordered a box on the lower end of the prices they offer. But a 140 dollar value for 250... Should have known better and ordered from another company. Will never order from here again.

i ordered a $500 dollar mystery box from the store. It came with some really good shoes and shirts, ALL BRAND NEW. it was a great experience with my friends and i would definitely order again. the owner of the store is super nice and helped me with all of my questions and more. the boxes worth was easily about $700.
