Stride Rite

Absolutely the best customer service. They provide something that u cannot find. They measure ur child and fit them to the correct size and width they are sopossed to be wearing in many styles and brand of shoes. Dozens of name brands and a precise fit and room to grow. They have many locations through Connecticut, 2 in Massachusetts and 2 in up state NY.

Tonight I stopped in with my two energetic boys. The young saleswoman was all alone with a line. She didn't rush anyone, was extremely professional and when I signed in before a mom buying her baby his first pair of shoes, she politely asked me if she could take her first. She also picked up on the fact that I didn't like the shoes my 3 year old wanted so told him the shoes I wanted were the fastest shoes in the store, so he picked those. I'm only giving 4 stars because I have yet to go in there and the store having the shoes on display in my boys' sizes.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was originally planning to go to the Clifton Park store, but after reading the terrible reviews from google and Facebook I saw another user recommended the Albany store instead. After doing some research because I wanted to make sure my son was going to get sneakers that fit right, and good customer service I gave the Albany store a call to see if they had what I was looking for. The lady was very friendly when I spoke to her on the phone, so I decided to get right in my car and head to the store. When I got to the store there was no other customers, so it was a speedy process. She fit my son for his size, brought out multiple pairs of sneakers and we were able to find a nice pair that fit him well and I liked very much. She even recognized my voice from the phone. Great customer service and I definitely will be going back.
