I have had issues with shoe fit most of my life. The person assisting me, the original owners daughter, measured both feet and explained my left is a 10, and my right a 9.5, that explains a lifetime of tight shoes. Their Alden mens shoes are crafted with style and execution that is not found in today's mass produced goods.
They always do such a nice job with my shoes. My boots look brand new and they didn't cost me an arm and a leg to repair.
Now I know why this place has been in business so long. The do great work and the services are outstanding.
