Pet Supplies Plus Albany

Can be a little on the pricey side compared to big name pet stores but staff are always friendly and able to assist me. They have a solid range of food selections for both dogs and cats that fit the high quality expectations I have. Also have cheaper foods for those on a budget. Their sales are decent and the treats always keep my pets happy. Love to see the kittens up for adoption at the front of the store, it always makes my day.

I would put 0 stars if I could! I used to love coming here! The old manager John was so nice and helpful!! I'm not sure where he went but this new manager lady Amanda is incredibly rude and unhelpful! I have NEVER had such awful service here in my life!!! She seems to treat her staff just as bad! She out right yells at them in front of customers! I am not sure why she is working here if she doesn't seem to want to do her job!!

Super friendly staff. The store itself is a little messy but has everything you need. They don't sell live fish which is a bummer

This used to be my go to place to get stuff for my pets. The old manager was very friendly and nice but recently was replaced by Amanda and ever since it has not been great. Most of the floor workers are nice but the manager is very unfriendly, rude and does not want to help customers. Seems unprofessional and yells to the workers in the store. The store has definitely gone down in quality recently.

I am a new customer with in the past year I find their assortment and prices beat the competitors and the staff members are always friendly knowledgeable and willing to assist you with all your questions.
