I loved coming here to see bands in the 80’s and 90’s so once they got away from the college crowd and started music again in recent years I was very happy even though I wasn’t really interested in a lot of the bands that were performing. I was heartbroken to recently learn that the guy who used to own “Northern Lights” took over the bar. Many people I considered close to me at the time either played at his club or worked for him and I never once heard a single good word uttered about the man. He is a real fan of screwing people over and his shifty business practices ran that venue into the ground. I’m just glad a quality venue like “Upstate Concert Hall” is moving into Albany so I can go see some good shows done by some quality people

Place has changed over the years n no older crowed entertainment to sit n Enjoy while Having a few cocktails..

Homeless people or albany need ceoc hospital

It's a cozy little punk bar/music venue. A lot of local music, and everyone is really friendly.
