Great store with knowledgeable workers. Love their vegan protein powder and they’re now carrying a protein powder free of top allergens!! I highly recommend this store!

Full disclosure... I know the owner. But regardless of that, he has some of the lowest pricing around for lots of good items, and can accurately and intelligently discuss supplement quality with the best of them. I literally Drive 25 minutes out of my way to visit Alpha nutrition at least every 5 to 6 weeks.

Stopped in for some protein and intra-workout. Nobody tried to sell me anything, the dude (forget his name) was super chill gave me samples with my purchase and some solid info. Also they carry great smaller brand supps you won't find anywhere else!

Okay Southern New Hampshire it's really hard to find a nutrition and supplement store like this one. As a loyal GNC Goldmember I was skeptical walking in but the owner is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his business and his customers. He's not pushy for you to buy anything and even gives out free samples. If you're serious about supplementation and nutrition this is the place you can pick up the things you wish GNC had.

Walked in on impulse after leaving an appointment next door at my Chiropractor’s office. I’ve been lifting weights for 8 months and have been researching and buying fitness supplements online based on product reviews on Amazon. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of Steve (store staff). He was an excellent listener and gave honest advice on anything I wanted to know about (protein powder, BCAAs, pre-workouts, testesterone, etc). I have been purchasing big name products but like the fact that they sell smaller name brands which may be better quality for me to try. Picked up some new products and I’m looking forward to returning in a month or less to give Steve feedback on what my experience is with my purchases (proto whey and mutant BCAA). It was nice he also gave me some free samples to try some other products as well. Great little shop!
