Terrible company,. I do not recommend it. Utter administrative incompetence. I've been trying for months to get a record from the company to transfer my account to another and they have been withholding it despite its transfer being a routine administrative action and despite multiple calls from me and from my new local company I will be providing my sleep apnea equipment. I left them because billing practices were chaotic and they were too hard to get ahold of on the phone. There didn't seem to be account information that was kept current that different administrators could see when they needed to consult on a bill or an equipment supply bottleneck.
