After many failed calls to other clinics, I came across IFMC one morning and was able to get an appointment the same hour. I'm so glad I found this place! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and cared for. The nurse was very thorough and provided me with so much useful information about being a new mom and it was all placed in a cute reusable children's bag I got to take home.
The front desk staff is also nice and attentive. I have not had an issue scheduling a quick appointment when my children are sick. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to get through while calling, but, that's about it.
I won't bore anyone with all the details about my own medical situation. Beside, I'd rather keep it private, if you know what I mean....
Best critical access hospital southeast of Omaha or Lincoln.
