They offer groomers discounts on their products purchases, which I was informed after my transaction through email. So that next time to let them know I was ordering and would be given discounts. I am thankful they offer this for groomers! Can't wait to order again!

The owners contacted me with help on my issue with the rabbit bottles that were dripping. They were accommodating and offered a return. It may be that these bottles need the water more full than the others I've used. The company overall is helpful!

I have placed multiple orders with Pet Supplies 4 less, all of my orders arrived quickly and as described. The customer service team is also great. The first order I placed I made a mistake, I reached out and they were able to fix my error. I work for an animal shelter and we are always looking for ways to save on the supplies we need! We will continue ordering from this company!

Ordering the medicine I need for my dog is a great price & very friendly user website to use.nMy 2 complainant's are: the time it takes to fill order (3-5 days AND I have numerous refills on file)nThe other is SHIPPING!! Most of the time it takes 2 weeks for me to get product!! Absolutely ridiculous. Once I get medicine I have to turn around & order next batch b/c turnaround takes forever. Other than that, the product is good & so is price for this particular medicine

Great price, but did not like the $1.00 handling charge on top of the shipping charge. Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape. If they don't raise their prices, will buy from them again.
