Decent and fast for the most part service. Was kinda disappointed they happened to be out hamburgers and traditional style wing's. As well as mac and cheese and french fries. But service and the server did a great job especially with Co-Vid 19 still affecting plenty of state's.
The service was terrible! Had to wait over an hour to be seated, never got our drinks, never received our appetizers so we had to cancel them. Our order came out one meal at a time and our waiter only checked our table once . I work in the hospitality industry and I was simply appalled at the service!! I definitely will NOT be back again and I do not recommend this place to anyone...
So we went there tonight for my son's birthday. My god did it take forever to get the food and when the table did, ten people, it came out one meal at a time about five mins in-between each meal delivered. We were all so excited to go out to eat but the experience and fun was completely ruined. I was last to get my food and by that time, over one hour after ordering , I wasn't even hungry as I was so upset and disgusted. No discount given. Waitress apologized for the service but a manager should have done that.
And after a long road trip, I sat at the bar at BW3s and it was a perfect reprieve. Manager Chuck, and bartender Tiffany, made me feel right at home before checking into a local Hotel.
The staff is very friendly they were busy but our waitress did a wonderful job and the food was great
