I absolutely hate the fact I am a member of this bank and this owatanna branches customer service is entirely disgusting, prejudice and they lack the ability to help their members with any disputes or issues on their account. Absolutely horrible customer service and this is on multiple occasions. This is a ugly look for US Bank.

Our organization banks here & the Owatonna branch has a fantastic staff! The ladies in the front are always friendly. I can appreciate a welcoming walk-in experience.
