I visited this US Bank Branch to wire for domestic business, I was running late and wanted to beat the cut off. I arrived having only 11 minutes to wire the amount to a critical business purpose. Gladly, Courtney Richards (Assistant Manager) at the branch was able to help me beat the cut-off deadline and I was able to get my business done on time.nnI really appreciate the service and Thank you Courtney - the least is to do a positive review for those who do the job well and make customers happy. Thanks again.

This is an absolute CRIME, especially in this day and age. If your going to hire a security guard please make sure he’s doing his job.... he’s watching movies, smh!!!nOn another note, CLAIR provided excellent customer service!

Have “misplaced” over 5k in deposits in 3 months for me. Never seeks to rectify the situation an any meaningful way and always passes the buck when it comes to accountability. I have been a customer at this bank for over 10 years I’m about to switch to a credit union.

US bank is big bank and don’t care much about its customer. Customer service is horrible. Mostly rude and unprofessional. Regrettable 10 years with this bank. I am waiting for the right moment to change.

The tellers at this location are top notch. However the personal bankers are the worst. Had my bank card stolen last summer. So many mistakes were made. They didn’t block unauthorized activities on my checking account, they didn’t order me a new card, they did nothing but cancel my check card. They even couldn’t cash my paycheck after over a thousand dollars of obvious fraud. I’ve been a customer for a decade.nnI want to point out that the tellers are the best. If you have any problems go to them! Do not sit with a personal banker. Do not call the customer service line.nnUS Bank overall needs to update their security pronto. But even with my terrible experience, I still stay because of the tellers.nnAt this location you might have to wait in line, it’s a busy location. If you need to see a personal banker go to the Highland Park location.
