I wish the people that work here all the best, however I must give a single star to the chase bank as an organization. JP Morgan Chase is the largest global funder of the fossil fuel industry. The effects of climate change are a danger to all people on the planet but the greatest negative impacts are felt by the communities of color. Right here in Minnesota vast stretches of land including over 800 wetlands and 200 waterways as well as indigenous lands are currently being threatened by the Line 3 project, and the company who owns the pipeline is being funded by Chase bank. Chase bank must be held accountable for its actions and divest from fossil fuels!

I can only give one star to this branch. Last year Chase leadership did announce a decision to bring the bank's lending into alignment with the Paris Climate Accords. I would say hooray and give more stars if it weren't for the hypocritical state of the bank. Minnesota is being torn apart by Line 3 and Chase is supporting the fossil fuel company doing the destruction. If Jamie Dimon, pictured here, wants to do business in Minnesota, he should #defundLine3.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I was having issues opening an account online so, I had to drive 1 hour 45 minutes because this was the closest branch to me. When arrived I was greeted by very professional employees and was directed where to go with no issues. The banker that helped me was Ana Hale and she did an amazing job explaining why I was having issues trying to open an account online. She helped me open an account and explained everything very throughly and making sure I understood everything that was very important. She even took her time to walk me through the app and how to transfer money from different accounts the most efficient way possible. I will be very happy banking with Chase!!

I support chase banks fossil fuel conquest, I would also like to know if this bank can exchange my dollars for quarters, as I would like to do my laundry during covid. No cash back anywhere hopefully this bank can hook me up
