I'd be wary of this branch right now. At least one employee with a customer-facing position refuses to wear a mask for the nebulous reason of 'asthma.' I have news for you, tons of asthmatic people (myself included) breathe A-OK through masks or plastic face shields. If the asthma's really that bad, perhaps think about rotating this person out of a role where they spend extended time 3 feet or less from customers (it's also not like that branch ever has a ton of people working behind the counter to begin with).nnU.S. Bank demonstrating a kind of stunning disregard for both Minnesota state law and public health. I've been a customer for 30+ years but my interaction today has me thinking about going elsewhere. This kind of irresponsibility is the reason ICUs everywhere are filling to capacity or near it.

I've had nothing but excellent service and offers from this branch. Look for Jesus Soto, Michael Spooner, or Joe. All great people.

The other reviews are wrong! I always have a great experience whenever I go to this location everyone is always so friendly to me and always helps me with whatever I need and the staff are always great! Definitely recommend this branch to anyone!

I am Brazilian and, in different stays in the US, needed to open bank accounts. In Minneapolis, I always came to this branch of US Bank as suggested by a colleague from the university. I was always treated very well, got all necessary information from the managers, did not find much bureaucracy. I also used the online banking without problems.

Just called to ask about lock boxes. First time, the phone rang 10-12 times, and someone picked up the receiver and set it straight back down. Second time, it went straight to an automated message saying they can't personally answer the phone right now. Third time, it rang 10-12 times again before just disconnecting. Makes me feel like if I put anything in a lock box here, I'll never get it back out again.
