My daughters both have separate therapists and they are amazing! I know my family is safe in the hands of these two and the faculty themselves have always been kind, always willing to lend that helping hand. I’m thankful for these professionals!

I have been going to Bluestem Center for around 10 years now. I have always been met with kind and caring staff that want to help me succeed. My therapist has always gone above and beyond in their help for me with scheduling appointments that fit my time, and helping me get documentation for my school many times. I highly recommend Bluestem Center.

I have been going to Bluestem for five years. The only thing that kept me around was the great providers. However I always had to make sure I made my next appointment with my provider directly because I would get such anxiety over calling in for one instead. This was due to the lack of compassion and care from those answering the phone. Any time I called it seemed as though I was bothering them. Most recently I called to make an appointment with a new provider because mine left months ago. I was told when my provider left that I would get a follow up call to schedule an appointment with my new referred provider. This call never came. So I finally called for myself and in a conversation lasting less than a minute I was told they are not taking new patients and I could try again later. (As I stated earlier I have been going here for five years...) No compassion or caring in their voice. No apology for never getting a call and for this being THEIR error not mine. Perfect time for me to leave this place and find somewhere else I guess. I have had MANY uncomfortable phone conversations with them before, it’s almost as though they don’t realize how they talk and the tone they use with people who are already struggling and calling for help. Remember where you work and why patients might be calling you.... bye Bluestem.

Consistent quality care. Highly competent staff.

Friendly and capable staff (and anyone in the lobby) are suffering terribly from the country music blaring from unavoidable, merciless speakers in the ceiling. Every. [REDACTED]. Day. Prove that mental health is important, and stop assailing mine in the lobby.nPro tip: People who are interested in self improvement don't listen to country music.
