This bank has terrible service (except for 2 of the tellers, one who already quit), they charge insane rates (+2% compared to other banks) for home mortgages and commercial loans, and they are generally useless. There is constant turnover in bankers at my branch because the employees hate working there. The ones who stay can’t get jobs at better banks.
If I can put a zero I would. They are not helpful at all the manager is races and not helpful at all. They made a big deal when I try cashing a check from my husband company. Never will go back again.
BASICALLY THEY DID A UPGRADE TO SYSTEM AND I HAD NO ACESS TO THE ACCOUNT AND THEN RAN UP A BUNCH OF FEES AND LEFT ME RESPSONSIBLE FOR THEM . 300 .00 WORTH TO BE EXACT GOOD PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AN UNCESSCARY FEES .. WILL DEFINITLEY BE RELOCATING
