This is my go-to Wells Fargo location. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
As a customer I felt extremely uncomfortable as the woman teller referred to me as “oh I see you roaming around” and interrogated me on why I was there. They have no deposit slips and I walked in trying to find a deposit slip, but she made me feel as if I was trying to start trouble. Next time I will rather go elsewhere. She also questioned me about where the check came from when it clearly had my name on it.
You stolen enough of my time and money! Worst bank ever! How many homes did you guys steal from hard working Americans? How many people's identities did you steal from hard working Americans? Your company is the scum of the earth
I requested for both checking and savings bank statements and wanted banker-stamp on them. The lady who was assisting me declined to put banker stamp, instead gave me a business card and gave a ridiculous explanation that Wells Fargo policy has changed..Lol..Anyway I got what I needed from different branch on 7th street & Marquette ave. They said there was no such thing as policy on banker stamps and apologized on behalf of Lady. Anyway my point is , it was a simple straightforward request and I cant believe they cant comply with it. By reading other reviews I believe they help only when they feel like.
