On hold forever, for a person who ended up not being there, a Nicholas Alex, person who answered phone was not helpful. Very nice classical music playing for the 15 minutes I was on hold though!! Do business with this bank at your own peril!
I went on a Monday morning. Although I was there for a while to just make a deposit I did choose to go to branch that was know to be very busy. They moved quickly, but there was a lot of people waiting so for the pressure that they had I thought they did an awesome job dealing with everyone coming through. The teller helping me was very kind and personable. I would go back here, but if you are looking for a shorter wait consider heading out of the city a bit. Also there was a parking lot. Which I always nice when going to a back.
