Was there Saturday. Absolutely the worst. A couple was in shopping by the fish. A heavy set clerk screamed at them to leave! This scared my children hearing this employee yell and treat fellow human beings so terribly. The couple was seriously escorted out by this employee while he berated in a loud voice. The only thing that this couple did was not wear masks. I heard one of them say that he had a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. The governor's mandate is NOT a law and excuses medical conditions if people choose to follow the mandate. Boy do I miss America.You suck Petco.
The employee in the fish department was a great help to me in buying my Grand's beta fish. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Just updated my review. I use to rave about going here: the supplies, the staff, etc. But my supplies is sparse. Plus the staffing has changed. Nobody greets you anymore, no friendly faces with smiles, and you stand waiting in line forever for someone to come check you out. In my opinion Petco has go downhill. Thankfully there are other options.
