Best customer service! I do not remember her name but she puts customers first. My grandson bought a new phone and service last Thursday.
Courtney was the best. Friendly as soon as we walked in and super knowledgeable. Got everything we needed taken care of quickly.nnEditing to add that we came back a week later to buy two more phones for family, it was super busy, the day after Christmas, and Courtney had sold most of her inventory. She pulled some strings and was able to get someone to bring her more phones so we could still get ours the same day. Great customer service.
Cortney is the Bomb.com! I was so impressed with her professionalism and ability to multitask but stay on point. She troubleshooted the issues on my phone which were many and never got frustrated.
