I’ve been going here for years. Nicole has done every single piercing I’ve had except for one, and she’s amazing. Very professional, educated, and friendly. The place is also very clean as well. Highly recommend!

So rude and very unprofessional! The pig lady receptionist with burgundy hair hung up on me when I stated I was outside, another customer walked in so I proceeded to walk in after and she gave me a look as if I did something wrong, she proceeded to come up with some made up story that I hung up when she clearly hung up on me. She had to be having a bad day for the rudeness for no reason. This place most definitely won’t get my money. AND yes this is the garden city location! Prejudice at the most is what I received. It was the glare for me.
