My most favorite place to hang out in in Dearborn! I always have friends and family visit from out of state and the first place I take them to is here! I’ve taken all my friends here at least once. The hookah is exceptional, but the food is even better! Customer service is always always the greatest. To this day, I haven’t had an issue with The Lava Lounge. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

This place has really good food, really good sushi, hookahs are okay, but the service is terrible, the staff are quite stuck up, and arrogant. The prices are a bit outrageous. This place was fantastic when it opened up. I would be there for almost every Halloween night and even New Years. But, it's become a terrible experience lately and I think the management and staff need to change. The owner.... Mike, you need to come back down to earth and appreciate that you have customers who keep your business afloat. Don't get a big head because your making money, you still pay your workers less than they deserve.

If I could leave no stars I would. The wait and experience was overall horrible. Me and a friend got there at 815ish and didn’t leave until 10 and that wasn’t by choice. I waiter never came to check on us and we had to asks someone else to bring us a check. The waiter checked on the table next to us of Arabic ladies but never us or the other table with African American women. They added Gratuity to the check with just 2 people as well which wasn’t told to us. Overall I would never go back, ever. It a horrendous experience
