Before covid we ate at Rivals roughly once a week. Service is generally slow at best unless you sit at the bar. Honestly love the atmosphere! The boneless wings and tater tots are the best! We no longer go since covid because they don’t seem to practice proper precautions which is disappointing. Wish they would step up.
My husband and I ate here for the first time a few days ago for take out as we just moved to the area not long ago. We ordered via their online ordering portal and it told us 15-20 minutes, which is very typical. I think it was honestly under 10 minutes. We went and picked it up and the server was extremely nice and friendly. The I had gotten a wrap and my husband for the fish and chips. My wrap was wonderful. Can't wait to try more items and actually experience what it is like inside as well once the restrictions are lifted
Got me a Long Island Beach drink for 6$(the glass was enormous,) phenomenal with a Club wrap
Fun atmosphere! Decent menu options! Friendly and attentive staff!
