Food is good, but service is really slow. Submitted a mobile order (one order for two people) and waited probably 30+ minutes before going in and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Employees are nice, but could be friendlier and speak up a little bit.
I love Qdoba, this place is clean and the staff is friendly.

Actually stopped at T-Mobile which is next to Q-Doba. Let experience was great. Ordered a catering pack for my co-workers for Xmas on Dec 26th. Food was awesome. Thank you Dawn and staff for your hard work and the great service
The girls working here need a better work ethic. There was no customer in when I arrived and it seemed like they were just using the time to socialize instead of staying on top of their schedule. Two pick up orders walked in as I was trying to order, and these girls haven't started any part of these orders yet. So then all the workers are up-front frantically working to try and get these orders filled. No queso ready, they had an empty container even though they were all just socializing when I walked in. My pinto beans were cold, they gave us the chunky burnt part of the bottom of the soup dish, and couldn't even tell us what was in it. Living in between saginaw and owosso, I'll take a longer drive to saginaw from now on. I feel bad for who owns this franchise because he/she should be able to depend on there managers to keep workers on track.
