Not sure why we waited almost 40 minutes to just get seated today. That's our fault for waiting. Once seated, it was very obvious that the wait staff was over stretched. Dirty, unclear tables(an outside cleaning service was cleaning them). Once the food finally arrived, it was hot and tasty. Then the bill came... at this point we just wanted the experience to be over. We overpayed and took the rest of our food home. This is not what a normal visit usually is. We will be taking a long break from coming in and eating.
Always a great place to eat with my family. I feel very safe eating there, even during a pandemic.
We have placed carry out orders numerous times in the last year, and every single order is wrong and they always forget something. We took a break for a few months and tried again today (because we had a gift card from the previous two experiences which were horrible). Once again, incorrect order and missing items. Shame on me for not checking it when I picked it up but I was in a hurry, and thought they certainly couldn’t have gotten any worse. I was wrong. Order was incorrect (wrong wing combination, missing sauce as well as missing items). We won’t be back.
They close at 11 stop taking orders at 1030 I called at 1032 and was refused service. So much for being grateful for essential workers guess I'm not eating a warm dinner after working all day in the cold. Never ordering here again!!
I'm rated it a 3 star because it's not best place I had issues with them mulple times not getting all my wings when I carry out once I have ate there in the past chicken wings were tough hard like a rock don't get me wrong there burgers very good there salad are good ultimate nachos wings they have to work on
