Great food! Awesome staff! Always full of energy and welcoming there! Very much a returning guest you could say. All of the servers and hosts work so hard to keep everything clean and safe as well. Definitely should stop by this one guys!
You’re honestly not gonna find a better bartender in Dundee! If you’re looking for a new place to call your favorite spot and become apart of the “Apple buddy” family stop in on Monday Thursday and Friday and sit at the bar for a wonderful experience and great atmosphere! $5 drinks are always a plus...and the bartender serves peanut butter and jelly shots that are TO DIE FOR ud83dude09
Ordering the food was super easy no issues food was on time hostess was super nice and polite and food was hot and super fresh and absolutely delicious!!!! Best takeout meal i have had in a long time!!!! Kudos to all the cooks and waitresses at Applebee's in Dundee!
I absolutely have a positive experience when I come here. Amber is always very welcoming, knows my name gets my drink ready right away. And she pays attention. Extremely hard worker.
Wow, I have been to this location easily over 100 times in past and over previous years. I have to say, the last two times I visited I had the absolute PLEASURE of interacting with Michaela (I'm so sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) and then new to me today, Laura.nnMichaela is probably a new employee at Dundee as I haven't seen them before, but my goodness I will come back if only for their service. Impeccable customer service. I wish I had tipped them triple because they truly made the entire visit worth it. Our order was taking longer than expected (we're talking like, 15 minutes past estimated timeframe) and Michaela made sure to come out several times just to update us about the status. Was never visibly upset or frustrated, they seemed to be genuinely happy to be doing their job.nnMichaela deserves a raise, some vacation time, and a few gift cards. It is hard to find a person as friendly and kind as they were and I certainly hope they stick around!!nnIf you visit this location, definitely ask for Michaela!!!!!
