Love this store! I always find amazing deals here. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this location.
Found what I wanted and extremely happy with the ladies who work here. They were so helpful and pleasant. That should be the norm for any business but these days it's an unusual and amazing find worth mentioning.
Great store plus great items. However, management experience was horrific namely with Keisha and Sharon. Both give a poor representation of DSW. Both were unaware they represent DSW. Both were unpleasant, unfriendly, and unprofessional with just about zero respect. They acted like random strangers you’d meet off the street. The rudest one was Sharon who thought she was great but she was nothing. Sharon got confused and flustered and struggled to understand and complete a simple return of defective socks. No apology or have a good day was spoken out of her mouth at the end of our interaction. This left a sad tone over my morning. And Keisha whom when I asked her name she asked for mine after. With an attitude of course. Normally managers are great people and you can see why they got the position but is not the case here.
Too many great shoes! Easy to shop, clean, and great selection
Bought the cutest lace up boots. I can always find a must have there.
