It's okay..
Easy to order online. Picked up my order as soon as I drove up. I called and they immediately brought out my order and placed it in my vehicle. Very fast, courteous and professional.
They have a very good amount of items and the employees are helpful and nice. The aquarium area at the moment could use a good amount of upkeep. There was water on the floor and some of the tanks looked dirty.
The person who helped us didn't know anything about what we were buying. I asked him 3 times if he could lift a tank for me to the front and he told me the last time to go get a cart. The woman at the check out wasn't friendly and seemed more annoyed thank anything. We made over a $200 purchase- you'd think the staff would have been more helpful and nice. I reached out to the manager and he did apologize; he only offered that next time we are in store to ask for him. ud83dude12
Wanted to give a big shout-out to the Michigan Humane staff for making our adoption process go so smoothly. We were able to bring our sweet pup home after the staff gave us considerable time to spend with him and addressed all of our questions very thoroughly. I highly recommend looking for your furever friend here. They also provided coupons for essential puppy supplies that we were able to get at Petco on the same day as the adoption. Thanks again.
