The experience was great, kids loved it. I gave 4 stars because they don't have Italian dressing and the wings were a little big for my liking. I won't order the wings again. Other than that the waitress was VERY attentive, fast and the food was hot. Fries were GREAT!!

This place is solid. The outside of the building is looking a bit worn tbh, but the inside is exactly how I remember it. It's a fun time and the food was actually decent! I would definitely come back here again with friends.

Although most of the seating was closed due to Covid, we still found a booth and was able to enjoy a good meal. We had a great waiter. We ordered the Patron Margarita and the Backwoods lemonade. Both were excellent. We also had buffalo wings and a cheeseburger. Also good!! The best part was the games!! Had a blast in the arcade....

We went there to have some fun with the kids and grab a bite to eat. The woman at the front selling the cards was really friendly and helpful. We go to find a seat and can't find one open. I was told that it's first come first serve. Which in times like these would be fine, except that they gave people who are finished eating just hanging out in the seats for eating. You're done eating leave the booth and go stand somewhere else to play the games and enjoy your evening. We were there for about 30 minutes circling like vultures, it felt like, and had to leave without being able to eat dinner. As I was leaving I said something to the same woman that helped us on the way in and she told me that I wasn't the first to say something about that same thing in the last 20 minutes. Maybe if it's getting brought up THAT much, maybe take action immediately.

When you first get there the women and the front desk selling cards are great! When you get to the gaming area there is a policy in place for a first come first serve seating which is fine until they allow others to lounge out at the seats after eating. I spoke with a manager and all he told me is that he knows it’s unfair but it’s nothing he can do because as long as they ordered something they can sit as long as they want even if it’s for 5 hours. We walked around for about 30 minutes watching people eat and hoping someone would finally get up so that we may sit down to eat. When we finally found seating our waitress Sarah J didn’t know the menu. I am unsure if she was new or just frantic but she did not know what she was doing she told my friend she couldn’t have her appetizer before her food just because it’s busy. She never offered us any water and when she came to take our order I told her I was ready and she walked away. She kept coming back and forth to our table asking if we needed anything and we would say yes and then she would say hold on and be gone for 10 minutes the food was good when we did get it but then she also messed up our bills TWICE. Very disappointed and we are not the only ones having this issue. If this is a policy for ALL Dave & Busters locations it needs to be reevaluated because it’s ridiculous and chaotic when it doesn’t have to be!
