Worst branch I have ever been to. The manager should learn what customer service means. Go to the branch on 26 and Mound or better yet try Fragstar across the street from this branch they know what customer service is.....
I love my pnc at Rochester and hamlin but this particular pnc had called me to ask me to come in and talk about my account and financial situation but then hung up on me and never called back. Very unprofessional.
Had to go to a different branch to deposit a check, they would not deposit due to technicality... thank God branch down the road was open late and they had no problem depositing said check ... been banking at pnc 15 plus years nothing like this.... no wonder horrid reviews...
HORRIBLE BANK! Specially during quarantine all they care about is money!!!! Since lockdown I’ve been asking for help about late fees because I don’t have a job anymore and haven’t been approved for unemployment. Staff are just as corrupt as the bank, no location is good! Disgusting sheep
Very rude customer service. Employees come late to work and are very slow. Do yourself a favor and go to a different PNC bank
