I made a deposit and told teller that I wanted to cash the check so that I could make the funds immediately available. The teller didn't do it correctly and now my account is showing over drawn and I hold has be put on the check which is a citizen account. Very ud83dude21

Just fantastic that you guys are open on Sundays!! I am wicked happy and I was able to be helped by a woman at the counter with a friendly manner who help me to get my task done quick and easy I really appreciate it! I love citizens bank!!

The girl work there is not friendly,she spoke in not good way, I appreciate the citizens bank but here in this branch I feel sorry to go there
