I was really nervous going into the refinance process for our mortgage. But Jenna and her team put me at ease. They are helpful with answering any questions and respond quickly. Any paperwork or signatures needed (except closing) are all easily completed online but if I had any questions they were just an email or call away. Everything with our refi went smooth and was handled at a face pace. I am very appreciative of Jenna and the team for getting this done for us. I highly recommend Jenna and Riverbank Finance.

Needless to say, the fast, courteous, and individualized service is in the DNA of the company even with its tremendous growth. (1) regarding rates, they have always presented me when some of the most competitive rates out there. I’ve done at least two refinances/mortgages with them because of their great rates and have saved thousands of dollars over the years.
