We had a great experience at this bank. Stephanie Brown was our loan office for our home purchase. She and her team turned home buying process quickly and easily. Her assistant Maria Moritz, who speaks my primary language ( Portuguese) help us to keep on track and moving forward. After the closing the customer Services call and explain the next steps. We would strongly recommend First National Bank of America.

So far we've started the process to close on a property in OMER mi, so far the team working with us seems to be fast and efficient in getting us to closing. We are in a rush and they are on the ball with everything needed, paperwork etc. As a business owner I'm very happy to be doing business with a company who seems to really look our for their customers, just as we have for over 20 years. We have been banking with the East Lansing First National Bank of America for several years and are very happy with their professional and personal service. Everyone is very friendly and work hard to help with our needs, from cashing a check, opening a CD, to noterizing something. And even though CD rates are low every where , they usually have some of the best rates available. They also have an ATM card that can be used everywhere. If you want a bank where you can actually talk to a real person. who will do all they can to help you. then this is the bank for you .
