Huntington Bank

7/6nI have asked this location and others to remove me from their promotion list. I have asked them to remove me from their call lists. I have clicked their unsubscribe link multiple times. The links in their emails don’t work to unsubscribe. Most of the time it takes you to a page that says it no longer exists. Karen Proctor assistant branch manager sending me emails again after I have asked them to stop. The email says I talked to her recently about a checking acct. I haven’t talk to anyone at Huntington other than asking them again and again to stop spam calling me and stop sending me spam mail. Colleen Zukatis from the the same branch assured me just a couple days ago that I have been removed from this. Four days later more emails. I wouldn’t trust a bank that lies on the phone and through emails. Obviously this branch is very mis managed.nn7/8nI asked for a district manager or member complaint line and was ignored. Was told for the second time that she would remove me from the soliciting lists.nnPosted on their Facebook and finally someone messaged me. Within 5 minutes after taking my phone number they claim they removed me from all three sections. 1:Phone solicitation 2:Email Solicitation 3: Affiliate Sharing or Use. Hopefully that’ll stop all the spam. Disappointing though that they provide your information to “affiliates” to use. Maybe it’ll cut down on some of the other calls or emails I’ve been getting.

Not a bad bank with extremely friendly employees.
