TOTALLY INCOMPETENTnnBOA issues a computer generated check on September 24th, the check hits the post office on October 16th, They could not possibly get any more incompetent and inefficient.
It's a small location, but it happened to be empty when I got there. I was immediately greeted and helped by the pleasant staff.
atrocious company. arbitrary holds, no warning of them, but no way to cancel a mobile deposit, and the holds applied after the fact!!!! disgusting. BBB complaint filed. Trust me, its better to bury your money in the backyard than deal with these thieves.
I never make accounts to leave reviews but I did JUST for this branch. Not only does the staff/tellers talk back and question you when you try to make a huge withdrawal or change account settings, but the branch manager is just as bad. Saying it wasn't his job to take care of an accidental charge that BofA put on my account. Never been so disrespected before in my life. I like banking with BofA but this branch needs to clean house. I'm considering switching my accounts and telling everyone I know to do the same.
It is a good bank.
