I was there tonight on 4/9/21 & the girl working was kinda rude and gave off a vibe like she didn’t want to be there or that she was bored with her job or something. She also wasn’t very helpful we had a couple questions and she just acted clueless to what we were talking about. I don’t think someone like herself should be working with the public. I hope that someone else is working the next time I go in there. She also took 2 DVD cases from us but only checked us out for one movie. We spent good money in there then we didn’t get everything we wanted and it was basically bc of your staff. You need to check who was working tonight and do something about it. I left there unhappy and when I got home I was even more upset bc we didn’t get both our movies but we live across town so we weren’t going back now. I think maybe I’ll just stick to giving my business to Lover’s Lane their a lot more polite and care more about the customers satisfaction. ud83eudd2c

As a regular customer here, I just have to say the staff here is amazing! I always get the best help and service and she is so friendly too. I don't even bother going to Lovers Lane anymore because I'd rather have the customer service at Cirillas. Always finding something good to wear here too ❤

Thank you to the lady that was working on 54120 around 3 or 4p i was in leggings and flip flops like i am normally on a 60 to 70 degrees day or if 80 or higher it a dress and heels i wanted shoes for tje bedroom and she said that they have some men that can wear them but they can be tight she recommended trying a regular store if its ok to say that name.
