I opened my account here and she was very nice. Her name is mrs. Motley. There are a few tellers that are really nice but one I don't care for. I've been here about six months. If its hard to go through the drive thru, I just got to the hill rd location. There are some really nice tellers there as well.
Amazing branch. Terrific staff. Opened my account with Mr. Hall. He was exceptional! Got my refinance of my home through this branch as well. I HIGHLY recommend this branch!!
Construction in parking lot,nHas traffic backed up around the building.nBeen stuck here for over 10 mins, not worth visiting this location anytime soon
They have new employees every other week and this location is always under staffed on fridays. Definitely not my favorite branch location.
The bankers are always so positive and upbeat. I've been coming to this specific branch for years after the purchase of First Merit. If I'm out and about by another branch, I still prefer to go to this one.
