Always have had nothing but the best experiences with Elmer's. Jon, Nancy, Jon II have always been honest and good to me. I love their paper which is a little gem in itself. The catalog is equivalent to a history newspaper. Loaded with information on the person whose autograph or memorabilia is on sale. I know they also contribute to the community by donating to food banks etc. Wonderful people.
I have been trying to reach Jon for 3 months now...not sure if he is still in business??? Maybe he does not return my calls because he does not want to honor a credit memo he issued me for an order I cancelled; I placed an order, cancelled it and opted for an account credit in stead of a refund. I was a good customer; why can't you be a good/honest vendor?
