Beef short ribs were amazing (and I'm rather picky honestly). Wish the menu had more options but I will be frequenting this place often. Kind of surprising to find a little jewel like this hiding in South Paris. Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't been yet. The chef is good at what he does. They deserve more recognition and word of mouth advertising. Great job guys keep it up.
This is an absolutely amazing place. They do a GREAT job. Especially during COVID and everything. I had salmon on par with our favorite restaurants in Portland. The burgers are divine. Everything is wonderful. Thank you for being open and providing a wonderful place for a family to meet!
Loved every minute of my time at The X Vault, and every drink- and believe me, my friends and I tried most of them ;) the crunch funk sushi roll is highly recommended. Go on an empty stomach because you'll want to try everything. Start with the French onion soup and make an afternoon of it from there. The service from the servers to the bar tenders is enough to make a regular out of anyone.
Food was wicked good more people need to try this place !! We got it to go first time trying this place definitely will get more business from us!
Absolutely phenomenal food and drinks. Chef Alex and mixologist Sean are among the best at their trades.
