Awful customer service. I texted him last year about a King Quad. Very short, unprofessional, no personality. Questions seem to bother him.nnI forgot about my first experience before sending a message today asking if a low mileage machine had any appearance of being abused. He questioned me like I was an idiot saying it’s brand new, how could it be abused? Check out YouTube, fella, I should’ve said.nnI also asked if I could get more detailed photos of a specific area. He said he’s didn’t have any. Not sure why he never offered to get any.nnThis guy does not belong in business. Stick with the pros.
