UPS stores are franchises not owned by UPS. The Windham store has always delivered phenomenal service. They are excellent at problem solving and helping to make the shipment process as easy as possible. I've often arrived with missing information, yet they take that in stride and try to help find what is needed to complete the transaction. They are personable, intelligent and able to think on their feet which is harder to do in this pandemic environment when business has increased exponentially.nI would highly recommend the Windham store and thank them - along with the incredible fleet of talented men and women at United Parcel Service with whom they work so closely - for helping assure packages make it to their destinations.

Dam Tina looking at your reviews you don’t sound pleased with any business. They have a clear shield separating us from them (in case you never seen it) which is pretty much as useless as the masks we wear. Been coming to this ups store for years and always a pleasant experience. Can’t please everyone I guess.you guys are awesome !

I had to go in this morning to return a purchase. There were only supposed to be 5 customers in the store, as stated on the sign on the door, however there was no employee enforcing this.nnThe only employee there was at the front - sadly without a mask. No smile either, despite the lack of concern for public health. You're never greeted in a friendly way there. UPDATE: months into the pandemic and all employees are still not wearing masks.nnI will find another UPS Store to do business with from now on.
