I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They take the best care of my family's cell phones, quickly, efficiently and economically. The employees here are patient and happy to explain how they will solve our cell phone problems, which they always seem able to do. Once again, thanks guys!
Very knowledgeable staff, and great pricing for the superb service you receive!! I highly recommend to anyone in need of service to a cell phone, looking to purchase a rehabbed phone, new high quality cases with warranty, or the bargain bin cases where you can still find a nice case for $5! Easy to find on Rt 302 in Windham, and free stickers for the child in us all ;)
This place is the best for phone repair. I went somewhere else first, and they literally sold me a bad screen.. so I went to these guys remembering that I've heard great things. And it appears true! These people are very professional, got me right in there and fixed the screen within hours.nnAfter replacing the screen, it started acting up again. They agreed to replace it AGAIN free of charge, but we both agreed it may be an entirely different problem so instead of wasting more time on the phone I was given a complete refund and will just go buy a new phone. They spent hours of their time, lost money, and fully refunded me when they didn't have to. Its not their fault my phone was messed up, and they're such good people they only cared about doing the right thing and didn't want to profit on something they didn't solve the problem to. Awesome people.
